It's a wonderful song, written by Leonard Cohen and released in 1984, and covered by many an artist since. I don't think I've ever heard a version I didn't like, the song is just that good.
I thought it might be the same Hallelujah. I couldn't be sure because I can't get it to play. Great song, but it's overused on TV.
