Candace Weber Shiffman, wife of Corey and mother of Gaby, completed her first triathlon yesterday in Panama City, Florida in under 6 hours.
Gulf Coast Triathlon: Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 56 miles, Run 13.1 miles

Seriously - that first Chariots of Fire video sounds like a Casio keyboard from 1981. The movie version is awesome. I used to be able to play that on the piano. Still sounded better than the Casio keyboard.
